How to order
You are welcome to place an order by email, phone, fax or mail. Click the link below and you will be taken to the order form page where you can print a copy of our order form. Be sure to fill in all the information before calling or sending in your order.
If you wish to order by email, go right ahead but please include the order information below.
On all orders be sure to include;
• Kit numbers
• Description of the model kit and the price.
• Your credit card number with expiration date
• Name
• Address
• Telephone number

Telephone orders may be placed at any time, 24 hours a day! We will do our best to be at the phones. If not, leave all your information and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Speak clearly and distinctly so we get all the information!

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, money orders and personal checks. All orders must be in US dollars only. We reserve the right to hold your order for seven business days while your check clears. A $15.00 service charge will be applied to returned checks in addition to the price of your kit purchase. A $5.00 service charge will be applied to any credit card orders where the card has been declined.
Minimum Credit Card Merchandise Purchase is $15.00 exclusive of shipping and handling which is beyond the $15.00 mechandise total. Orders less than this must be payed by check or money order.
A reminder to our customers using a Credit Card for your purchases: We must have the 3 digit CCV code on the back of your card as well as the full, complete address that matches to your credit card in order to compltet your order. This for yours, ours and the Credit Card Companys security.
In our continuing effort to protect ourselves and our customers from Internet/Mail Order Fraud, the following now applys to all credit card orders.
Our credit card authorization system now has the ability to match exact names, phone numbers and address' to all credit cards, both domestic and international. Please insure that you are prepared to give us your complete name, address and phone number as it pertains to your credit card order. Any data that does not match up will result in a delay in the shipment of your order.
WESTERN UNION Now Accepted!
Many of our customers, especially from outside the U.S. have asked us if we can accept Western Union. The answer is YES! Please correspond with us, at that time, we will give you the name and address of which to send the Western Union Payment for your desired order.
Massachusetts residents must pay 5% sales tax.

How we ship
We use USPS Priority Mail exclusively. They are doing a fine job for us. They have been fast and on time with no losses and no damage in the many years we have been using them. That is what we both want with our valued collectibles. |

Book Shipping Rates

| Books vary greatly in weight. Please advise us of your selection and we will then quote you a shipping rate. This proceedure will apply to both domestic and international customers. As always, we will do our best to keep your book shipping and handling rate as low as possible. |

Kit Holds:
We can hold kits for up to seven days pending receipt of your check or money order. |
We are International Specialists:
We have a very large foreign customer base and you can be assured that your order will be handled quickly and efficiently. Postage listed here in the minimum. You will be charged minimum or actual shipping cost - which ever is higher. We recommend that our international customers pay by credit card for ease and speed of purchase. |
We are a Retail Mail Order Company.
Our products go directly from us to you the retail buyer only. We do not wholesale our model kits. For the small retailer who is inquiring about our products for his customer, we will offer the following courtesy. Purchase 1-4 of our kits - receive a 10% discount. Purchase 5 or more - receive a 20% discount. This applies ONLY to bonifide retailers who have a tax - id, letterhead, and show us that they can accept major credit cards. |
